Shipping & Returns

 

We use Australia Post Registered Post to send all of our orders. Signature and Photo Identification matching name and address on package is required to collect items from Australia Post.

We can delivery to Street Addresses, PO Boxes and Business Addresses throughout all Australia.

Shipping occurs Monday through Friday, excluding all holidays.

Your purchase will be posted the after 1 business day from payment. and we post on most occasions within 1 business day of payment.

If you are not at home, the delivery person should put a collection card in your post box, advising that the package will be held at your local Post Office awaiting your collection.

 

You may return new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (i.e you received the incorrect part/model as listed in the item description under 'In The Box' or the item is defective on arrival).

You should expect us to process your refund within 2 business days after the item has been received and inspected by us. PayPal processing and bank transfer generally will take a further 2 business days until the refund is in your account.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button or send us a email/message. We'll notify you via email return details and notify you once we've received and processed the return for a refund.
