AusToolsupply warrants all items sold and offers. Warranty claims are processed by AusToolsupply and we commonly offer Free Replay Paid Postage option, so you can easily return the faulty item.

Warranty covers all manufacturing defects up to one year. Most manufacturing defects are found after the tools have been used within a few months.

Warranty exclusions applicable to Makita, DeWalt, Milwaukee & Hitachi and other products we sell;

1. Normal wear 2. Exceeded tool capability 3. Abuse / Mishandling 4. Lack of care 5. Lack of maintenance 6. Inappropriate use 7. Tampering 8. Incorrect Fuel or Engine Oil.

Note: Chainsaws require 2-stroke mix 33:1 for the first 5 tanks and then 50:1 thereafter.
Use of 2-stroke oil designed for water cooled engines (e.g. outboard oil) will damage the engine and void any warranty.
